Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:


















If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While a select number of rooms have been set aside for the group block, any new reservation requests are based on availability. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

THERE ARE 3 PAYMENT DEADLINE DATES
(AUGUST 1, NOVEMBER 10 AND FEBRUARY 27)

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS AUGUST 1, 2024. PLEASE NOTE A DEPOSIT OF $300 ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE, OTHERWISE THE BOOKING WILL AUTO-CANCEL. IF YOU ADD FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE TO YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.

- A SECOND DEPOSIT EQUIVALENT TO 40% OF YOUR TOTAL ROOM RESERVATION COSTS IS DUE ON NOVEMBER 10, 2024. 

- THE FINAL PAYMENT ON THE REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS FEBRUARY 27, 2025.

IMPORTANT: YOUR DEPOSIT COUNTS AS YOUR RSVP.
YOU MAY ESCALATE PAYMENTS OR MAKE PAYMENTS MORE FREQUENTLY IF YOU DESIRE.

A PENALTY OF $50 PER PERSON IS ENFORCED ON LATE PAYMENTS.
